Cargo Sales Manager – Ghana

About the role

Etihad Cargo is looking for a dynamic Cargo Sales Manager to lead its Ghana operations. Based in Accra and serving the Tema region, you will drive commercial growth, manage the GSA team and ensure high‑quality service for the African market.

Key responsibilities

• Set service level KPIs for the GSA team and coach them to achieve targets.
• Implement Etihad Cargo’s commercial strategy across Ghana, developing country and account plans.
• Manage a portfolio of customer contracts, maintaining relationships with global, regional and local accounts.
• Collect market intelligence, provide feedback to headquarters and act on opportunities.
• Participate in budgeting, ensure zero bad debt and compliance with CASS where applicable.
• Promote the use of iCargo, self‑service booking tools and E‑Airway Bill.
• Coordinate with cargo terminals to deliver quality service and uphold safety, security and environmental standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years commercial experience in cargo or freight sales.
• Extensive knowledge of the West Africa market and strong customer relationships.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
