About the role
The Carpentry Facilitator / Trainer will join the African Centre for Technical Training to deliver practical and theory‑based carpentry training. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Adenta and focuses on preparing learners for the construction sector.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver classroom instruction and hands‑on workshop demonstrations.
- Prepare training materials, supervise learners, ensure safe use of tools and equipment, and assess progress through assignments and competency evaluations.
Required profile
- Strong carpentry and joinery skills with experience using hand tools, power tools and workshop machinery.
- Ability to maintain a safe workshop environment and adhere to health and safety standards.
