Catalog Agent – Product Catalog Management

About the role

As a Catalog Agent at Chalé Now, you will ensure that our product catalog is accurate, up‑to‑date, and easy for customers to navigate. You will work on‑site in Accra, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support promotional campaigns and new product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update product information, pricing, and availability across all listings.
• Perform regular quality checks to guarantee content accuracy and consistency.
• Improve product categorisation and catalogue structure for better navigation and searchability.
• Collaborate with internal teams on promotions, launches, and catalogue‑related projects.
• Ensure product images and descriptions meet company quality standards.
• Maintain data integrity within catalogue management systems and internal databases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E‑commerce or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience with product catalogs, e‑commerce platforms or retail merchandising preferred.
• Familiarity with product categorisation and online retail best practices is a plus.
