Catalog Specialist

About the role

Nova Niche Ghana Limited is expanding its e‑commerce portfolio and needs a detail‑driven Catalog Specialist to own product catalog creation and maintenance. You will ensure that every item in our warehouses is accurately represented across all digital storefronts, supporting the growth of our consumer brands.

Key responsibilities

• Record product attributes, measurements, categories and specifications for inventory at warehouse locations.
• Enter and update product data in inventory and e‑commerce systems, following naming and SKU conventions.
• Enrich product listings with accurate tags, categories and high‑quality images.
• Capture reference photographs and generate AI‑powered product imagery using tools such as Gemini or Imagen.
• Produce product descriptions with AI text models like Claude or GPT, adhering to brand voice templates.
• Quality‑check all data, images and copy before publishing to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Audit existing catalog content to resolve duplicates, gaps and inconsistencies.
• Document standard operating procedures and collaborate with marketing and operations teams.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with up to 12 months of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI image generation tools (e.g., Gemini, Imagen).
• Experience using AI text generation platforms (e.g., Claude, GPT).
• Basic proficiency with inventory and e‑commerce management systems.
