Chiller Technician – Maintenance & Installation

About the role

We are looking for a Chiller Technician to join our team in Accra. The role involves maintaining, inspecting and installing chiller equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain chillers and associated systems.
• Carry out day‑to‑day planned maintenance schedules on chiller machinery and equipment.
• Perform routine inspections, repairs and ensure equipment runs efficiently and safely.
• Install chiller machines and equipment and adjust system temperature as required.
• Prepare reports and log maintenance activities.

Required profile

• HND Refrigeration Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

Required skills

• Ability to inspect and maintain chillers and associated systems.
• Capability to carry out routine inspection, repairs and ensure safe operation.
• Proficiency in installing chiller equipment and adjusting system temperature.
