Client Executive - Health & Benefits

About the role

As a Client Executive you will help manage and grow a portfolio of health and benefits clients for WTW in the Accra and Tema region. You will work closely with the Head of Health & Benefits and senior brokers to ensure client needs are identified, documented and met.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare client documentation such as invoices, renewal questionnaires, quote slips and client manuals.
• Support senior brokers in managing larger insurance and risk‑management programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with insurers, clients and other stakeholders, representing WTW professionally.
• Maintain comprehensive client data on WTW systems and databases.
• Compare renewal terms with the previous year and advise brokers of any changes.
• Coordinate with the offshore Operations Support team in Mumbai to deliver documentation.
• Respond to client claims enquiries, provide advice on the claims process and liaise with insurance assessors.
• Manage workflow and diary systems to achieve agreed claims standards and timely settlements.
• Keep the claims database up‑to‑date and contribute to annual new‑business targets.

Required profile

• Experience preparing client‑facing documentation and managing client data.
• Ability to support senior brokers and work with offshore teams.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with insurers, clients and internal stakeholders.
• Attention to detail when comparing renewal terms and handling claims.
• Commitment to achieving new‑business targets.
