Commercial Analyst

About the role

Expro is seeking a Commercial Analyst to support its Europe and Sub‑Sahara (ESSA) business unit. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will manage the end‑to‑end quotation process, ensure pricing accuracy, and provide financial insight for multi‑product line projects across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, acknowledge, and log all Request for Quotations (RFQs) in Salesforce.com and the Bid Enquiry Log.
• Issue commercial quotations using the CPQ system and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Review pricing conditions and contract terms to mitigate commercial risk.
• Prepare project P&L forecasts and Bid Evaluation Reports (BER) to support pricing decisions.
• Liaise with Sales, Finance, Tax, Supply Chain, Logistics and other internal teams to gather required information for RFQs.
• Compile and submit complete commercial quotations with appropriate signatures.
• Guide and supervise the Commercial Analyst responsible for quotations, maintaining an archive and register.
• Generate monthly Business Development reports and oversee month‑end OBL analysis.
• Conduct revenue assurance and BER audits as needed.
• Research client fiscal probity in coordination with Treasury Compliance and uphold Code of Conduct and Anti‑Bribery policies.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in commercial quoting and financial forecasting.
• Excellent coordination skills across multiple internal departments.
• Leadership ability to supervise junior analysts and ensure compliance.
