Commercial Director – Cold Store & Market Access

About the role

The Commercial Director will lead the commercial strategy for our cold‑store and consumer market access business. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive revenue growth, shape market positioning and ensure sustainable profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Define, develop and implement a clear commercial strategy aligned with aggressive growth targets.
• Lead annual planning, business reviews and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate sales budgets and demand management.
• Identify industry trends, anticipate market shifts and adapt the business model as needed.
• Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders, principals and external partners.
• Drive sales excellence by meeting commercial targets, optimizing stock levels and monitoring performance metrics.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities and counter‑act competitive threats.
• Collaborate with sister entities to leverage synergies and share best practices.
• Oversee compliance with local legislation and commercial KPIs.
