About the role

iiAfrica is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Communications Officer to craft engaging content, boost the organisation’s brand visibility, and support both internal and external communication efforts across Ghana.

Key responsibilities

Develop and produce high‑quality written and visual content for websites, newsletters, social media, and press releases.
Strengthen iiAfrica’s brand presence through strategic storytelling and media outreach.
Coordinate internal communications to ensure consistent messaging across departments.
Manage external communications, including stakeholder updates, event promotion, and partnership announcements.
Monitor media coverage and analyse communication impact to refine strategies.

Required profile

Exceptional writing and editing abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for communicating impact and engaging diverse audiences.
Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
