About the role
The private facility near Achimota is seeking a Community Health Nurse to deliver preventive, promotive and basic curative health services within local communities. The role focuses on health education, outreach, disease prevention and supporting maternal and child health.
Key responsibilities
- Provide health education and community outreach programs.
- Conduct disease prevention activities and immunisation campaigns.
- Support maternal and child health initiatives.
- Refer patients appropriately and maintain accurate health records.
- Deliver quality patient care in line with facility standards.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience.
- Residence within or around Achimota, Lapaz, Taifa, Tantra Hill, Ofankor Barrier, Pokuase, Amasaman, Dome or nearby communities.
- Diploma in Community Health Nursing.
