Company Driver

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Company Driver to provide safe and professional transportation for our executives, staff and visitors across Accra and the Tema region. The role involves daily vehicle operation, route planning and supporting time‑critical errands for our healthcare business.

Key responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles in compliance with Ghanaian traffic laws and internal policies, ensuring courteous and safe transport for executives, staff, clients and visitors.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes, optimizing fuel use and minimizing delays.
• Deliver documents and run errands on a time‑sensitive basis.
• Perform daily vehicle checks (oil, fuel, water, tires, brakes, lights) and keep accurate logbooks of trips, mileage and fuel consumption.
• Schedule and coordinate regular servicing, repairs and annual inspections, and report any faults or accidents promptly.
• Maintain all vehicle documentation, insurance and road‑worthiness certificates up to date.
• Observe strict confidentiality regarding passengers, conversations and transported documents.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or executive setting.
• Senior High School Certificate (SHS/WASSCE); defensive‑driving certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of DVLA regulations, Ghanaian traffic laws and vehicle road‑worthiness requirements.
• Valid Ghanaian driving licence with a clean record.
• Excellent knowledge of local and regional roads.
• Ability to remain calm, discreet and professional under pressure.
