About the role
We are looking for a reliable Construction Manager to lead civil construction projects from planning through completion. The role focuses on delivering projects on time and within budget while coordinating all on‑site activities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets and schedules.
- Monitor progress and adjust resources to keep the project on track.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and resolve issues that could affect timeline or cost.
- Report status to senior management and stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing civil construction projects.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
