Construction Manager

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead residential development projects for Spyros Limited, overseeing all phases from planning to hand‑over. Based on‑site in Accra, the role ensures projects meet design specifications, quality standards, timelines and budgets while maintaining a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily construction activities and supervise site teams and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress against schedules, budgets and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Support procurement of materials and services, collaborating with architects, engineers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction management, preferably in residential or real‑estate development.
• Strong supervisory skills with experience in team leadership, task delegation and performance monitoring.
• Proven ability in budgeting, cost estimation and financial tracking for construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with construction management software.
• Advanced use of MS Office tools.
