Controller – Savings & Investment

About the role

The Controller, Savings & Investment will support the end‑to‑end design, development, distribution and management of digital savings and investment products such as short‑term savings, collective investment schemes, pensions and equities. Acting as the central coordinator, the role links partner financial institutions, technology providers and MoMo’s internal teams to ensure smooth integration and market launch.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full product lifecycle – from partner onboarding, ideation and design through launch, monitoring and optimisation of digital savings and investment offerings.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify gaps, define product requirements and shape customer journeys with technology teams.
• Prepare product requirement documents, specification sheets and go‑to‑market strategies, collaborating with Marketing and Communications to drive awareness.
• Build and maintain performance models, trackers and business cases, analysing AUM, uptake and profitability to recommend enhancements.
• Liaise with Compliance, Risk, Legal and Technology teams to ensure regulatory compliance and successful system integration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience with exposure to fund management, investment research or fintech product development.
• Professional certification such as CFA I/II, ACCA or CISI is an advantage.
• Experience working in fintech, asset management, banking or investment environments preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for modelling and data analysis.
• Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau or SQL.
• Basic understanding of digital platforms, APIs and system integration concepts.
