Cook – Full-time position in Accra

About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Cook to join our kitchen team at Sai Wine & Champagne Café in Accra. The role is full‑time, with a shift from 4 pm to midnight, and involves preparing high‑quality dishes for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Plan menu items in consultation with the Director and create new recipes.
- Prepare all food items at the start of each shift and ensure timely production.
- Develop and manage the shopping budget, and conduct food purchasing at opening.
- Maintain food quality standards and update inventory in the POS system.
- Record food waste, perform regular inventory checks, and keep accurate stock records.
Required profile
- Resides in Osu, Labone, Labadi, Cantonments, or Teshi areas.
- Possesses a valid bank account, ID card, and SSNIT number.
- At least one month of cooking experience.
Required skills
- POS system usage for inventory management.

- Salary of GHC 2,000 per month, paid on the 15th for the previous month.
