Cook – Night Shift (4pm‑12am) – Accra

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Cook to join our kitchen team in Osu, Accra. The role is a night‑shift position (4 pm – 12 am) focused on preparing high‑quality meals, managing inventory, and supporting menu planning.

Key responsibilities

• Plan menu items in consultation with the Director.
• Create recipes and prepare advanced items when required.
• Start food preparation at the beginning of each shift.
• Prepare a shopping budget and ensure purchases are made at the opening of business.
• Maintain food quality, ensure timely production, and update inventory in the POS system.
• Keep accurate records of food waste and inventory.
• Perform regular food inventory checks.

Required profile

• Residence in Osu, Labone, Labadi, Cantonments, Teshi or surrounding areas.
• Possession of a bank account, valid ID card, and SSNIT number.
• Availability to work the 4 pm – 12 am shift.
• Experience in kitchen operations; salary depends on experience.

What we offer

• Salary of GHC2,000 per month, paid on the 15th for the previous calendar month.
