Coordinator, Enterprise Value Management

About the role

The Coordinator, Enterprise Value Management will support MTN Ghana’s Enterprise Business Department by analysing customer behaviour, revenue trends and lifecycle performance. The role helps shape growth and retention strategies across the enterprise portfolio using data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, behavioural drivers and opportunities related to customer engagement, retention and churn reduction.
• Produce and enhance dashboards, reports and scorecards that track key EVM metrics and business outcomes.
• Support the design and execution of customer segmentation, loyalty programmes and targeted campaigns to improve product adoption and revenue performance.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activities and commercial performance to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Marketing or a related field.
• Relevant experience in data analysis, customer lifecycle management or commercial strategy (minimum 3 years as indicated in the description).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights.
