Coordinator, Enterprise Value Management

About the role

The Coordinator, Enterprise Value Management will support MTN’s Enterprise Business unit by analysing customer behaviour, revenue trends and lifecycle performance. Using advanced analytics, the role helps shape growth and retention strategies across the enterprise portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse large and complex datasets to uncover trends, drivers and opportunities related to customer engagement, churn and revenue.
• Transform data insights into actionable recommendations that improve customer value, retention and commercial performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and scorecards tracking key EVM metrics and business outcomes.
• Support segmentation, loyalty programmes and targeted campaigns to boost product adoption and cross‑selling.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activities and commercial performance to inform decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Marketing or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, customer value management or similar roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau and SAS.
• Knowledge of data mining, modelling and data visualization techniques.
