Corporate Store Manager

About the role

The Corporate Store Manager will operate from the head office and act as the owner of all JibuCo corporate stores. You will drive sales, marketing, and customer experience across territories while overseeing the full store team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist corporate stores in achieving sales, productivity, profitability, and territory penetration goals.
• Lead team performance evaluations, hiring, disciplining, overtime tracking and motivation through incentives.
• Develop and implement store budgets and prepare reports for senior management.
• Plan, control and manage inventory, including regular stock counts.
• Oversee production team scheduling and output.
• Design and execute store marketing and sales initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with JibuCo Standard Operating Procedures, product quality control and regulatory certifications.
• Manage store assets such as water purification equipment, tablets, computers and delivery tools.
• Maintain premises and equipment cleanliness according to the Operating Manual.
• Control water pricing within JibuCo‑defined limits and maximize volume sales.
• Maintain accurate management and accounting records, invoices, inventory documents and delivery notes.
• Complete weekly internal reports and submit accounting templates on schedule.
• Collect customer demographic data via surveys as directed by JibuCo.
• Report emergencies, theft or damage promptly to the Franchising Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing retail or corporate stores with responsibility for sales and profitability.
• Strong leadership skills to evaluate performance, hire, discipline and motivate staff.
• Ability to develop budgets, prepare financial reports and manage inventory.
• Knowledge of compliance with standard operating procedures and regulatory certifications.
• Experience handling store assets, equipment maintenance and pricing strategies.
• Attention to detail for accurate record‑keeping and reporting.
