Country Manager – Affiliate Networks (Ghana)

About the role

As the Country Manager for Ghana, you will be the primary face of Demopips in the local market, driving the affiliate network strategy and fostering partnerships that accelerate growth. You will own the go‑to‑market plan, collaborate across product and marketing, and ensure the company’s long‑term success in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a go‑to‑market and affiliate expansion strategy for Ghana.
• Build, lead, and optimise a high‑performing affiliate partner network.
• Act as Demopips’s ambassador within the local fintech and affiliate ecosystem.
• Analyse market trends, regulatory updates, and user behaviours to inform growth decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor campaigns and offerings.
• Host and attend regional events, webinars, and meet‑ups to strengthen community ties.
• Monitor affiliate KPIs, track conversions, and ensure performance benchmarks are met.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to the global executive team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Country Manager or Senior Affiliate Manager in a fintech or affiliate‑focused organisation.
• Strong leadership with proven ability to manage affiliate accounts and revenue pipelines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of local regulations is a strong plus.
• Results‑oriented mindset with hands‑on experience in growth and campaign execution.
