About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Care Personnel to join our team on site in Accra. The role focuses on delivering prompt assistance to clients, handling payment collections and ensuring a high level of service quality.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat.
  • Manage payment collection processes and follow‑up on outstanding balances.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Document interactions and update records in the company system.

Required profile

  • Strong technical or communication skills, depending on the specific tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Professional attitude, reliability and punctuality.
  • Relevant experience in customer service or collections preferred.
  • Residence near Labadi or the surrounding area.
