About the role
Join Concentrix as a Customer Service Advisor – Sales and represent a leading sports brand. You will handle inbound inquiries across phone, email, live chat and instant messaging, delivering excellent service while spotting sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions on multiple channels, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Identify buying signals and recommend appropriate sports and fashion products.
- Record interactions accurately in the customer service database.
- Collaborate with team leads to suggest and implement process improvements.
- Participate in ongoing training to deepen product knowledge and sales techniques.
Required profile
- Graduate or undergraduate degree in any discipline.
- 1‑2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in retail or sports.
- Strong verbal and written English skills (minimum B2, C1 for any additional language).
- Genuine passion for sports and fashion.
