Customer Service & App Support Agent

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service & App Support Agent to join our team in Accra. You will be the first point of contact for users of our mobile application, helping them navigate features, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth digital experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other messaging platforms.
• Guide users through app functionalities, account processes, and basic troubleshooting steps.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues where possible, escalating complex cases to the technical team.
• Monitor social media channels, answer comments and messages, and maintain a professional tone.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, complaints, and support requests.
• Collect feedback, report recurring problems, and suggest improvements to management.
• Support additional administrative and customer‑service tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum HND or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
• Calm, patient, and professional attitude when handling difficult situations.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple enquiries efficiently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Good computer literacy and ability to learn new digital applications quickly.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from GHS 1,500 to GHS 2,000 per month.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Opportunity to work onsite in Lashibi, Accra with a growing digital services team.
