Customer Service Executive – Guest Experience

About the role

The Guest Experience team at Shornaa Island Amusement Park is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Executives. You will be the first friendly face visitors meet, helping them enjoy a safe and memorable day at the park. This full‑time position requires a calm demeanor and the ability to handle a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide information about park attractions, services, and safety procedures.
• Assist visitors with ticketing, reservations, and any inquiries they may have.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Coordinate with other park departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the service desk and surrounding areas.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and handle multiple guests simultaneously.
• Basic numeracy for handling cash and ticket transactions.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shift patterns.
• Minimum of one month prior customer‑service experience.
