Customer Service Host

About the role

Join a fast‑growing online gaming company as a Customer Service Host. You will be the first point of contact for new and returning players, helping them navigate the platform, understand promotions and make their first deposit.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to newly registered customers to encourage first‑time deposits.
• Contact inactive or lapsed players to reactivate their accounts.
• Explain current promotions, bonuses, products and services clearly.
• Educate customers on funding options, payment methods and platform features.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, outcomes and follow‑up actions in the CRM system.
• Achieve individual and team targets for conversions, call volume, contact rate and revenue.
• Escalate complaints or technical issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with responsible gaming guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.
• Ability to understand customer needs and resolve problems efficiently.
• Trustworthiness, as the role involves handling financial details.
• Willingness to undergo credit, criminal and qualification checks.
