Customer Service Host

About the role

Join Betway Africa’s fast‑growing online gaming team as a Customer Service Host. You will engage directly with new and existing players, helping them navigate the platform, understand promotions, and become active depositors.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to newly registered customers to convert them into First‑Time Depositors (FTDs).
• Contact inactive or lapsed customers to reactivate their accounts and boost engagement.
• Explain current promotions, bonuses, products, and services clearly to each customer.
• Resolve customer issues professionally to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Educate customers on account funding, payment methods, and platform features.
• Record all interactions, outcomes, and follow‑up actions in the CRM system.
• Schedule and complete required follow‑up calls.
• Achieve individual and team targets for FTD conversions, reactivated accounts, call volume, contact rate, conversion rate, and revenue.
• Escalate complaints or technical issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, responsible gaming guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in a customer‑facing or call‑center environment.
• Strong communication skills and a professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate information.
• Trustworthiness and honesty, as the role handles financial details.
• Willingness to undergo credit and criminal background checks.

• Experience using a CRM system to log interactions and manage follow‑ups.
