Customer Support Agent (Collections) – Onsite

About the role

Afriam International is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Agent focused on collections. The role is based onsite in the Labadi area of Accra and involves interacting with clients to resolve payment issues while delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to payments and account issues.
• Manage payment collection processes and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Provide clear, courteous, and timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve collection efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly.
• Self‑motivated with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional attitude, reliability, and a commitment to meeting targets.
• Relevant experience in customer service or collections is preferred.
• Residence in or around Labadi, Accra.
