Direct Sales Executive

About the role

The Direct Sales Executive will act as the primary point of contact for both prospective and existing clients, driving revenue through relationship building and consultative selling. Working closely with the creative team, the role blends sales expertise with an understanding of design and media services to deliver tailored proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals and quotations in collaboration with the creative team.
• Follow up on inquiries, negotiate terms and coordinate internal handoffs to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Track performance against sales targets and report on key metrics.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings and client needs to refine sales strategies.

Required profile

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Proven customer‑service focus with a track record of relationship building and client satisfaction.
• Demonstrated sales experience, including prospecting, closing deals and pipeline management.
• Basic understanding of finance principles for pricing, budgeting and revenue forecasting.
• Previous experience in direct sales, business development or account management, preferably within creative, media or marketing services.
• Ability to work on‑site in Accra, manage time effectively and meet or exceed performance targets.
