Driver Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Driver Supervisor to manage the daily activities of our drivers and ensure safe, efficient transportation operations across Accra and Tema.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily driver activities, allocate drivers and vehicles, and monitor attendance and performance.
• Conduct briefings on safety, routes, and operational requirements, and address performance issues.
• Monitor vehicle condition, schedule maintenance, ensure roadworthiness, and manage fuel consumption.
• Prepare daily driver and vehicle schedules, coordinate transportation for staff and materials, and optimise routes to control costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree obtained between 2022‑2024, preferably in Transport, Logistics, Business Administration or related fields.
• Valid Ghanaian driver's licence with a clean record.
• 1‑2 years of experience in transport coordination, fleet management or driver supervision.
• Good knowledge of Ghanaian road safety regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with fleet management or GPS tracking systems (preferred).
