Electrical & Electronics Maintenance Lead – B2B PET Recycling

About the role

The role is responsible for ensuring the longevity and optimal performance of all electrical and electronic equipment within the B2B PET recycling division. You will lead maintenance activities, minimise downtime and uphold safety standards in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive electrical maintenance schedule.
• Carry out electrical maintenance safely and in line with industry standards.
• Monitor system performance, diagnose faults and execute timely repairs.
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve electrical issues promptly.
• Manage preventive maintenance programmes to improve equipment reliability.
• Lead, train and mentor a team of electrical technicians, assigning tasks and evaluating performance.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and conduct regular safety audits.
• Identify process improvements, introduce new technologies and manage maintenance budgets.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 8‑12 years of experience in the PET recycling industry.
• Mandatory knowledge of Boretech Washline and Starlinger Recostar machines.
