Electrical & Electronics Maintenance Lead – B2B PET Recycling

About the role

The role is responsible for ensuring the prolonged life of machines, minimising downtime and maintaining critical spares within the B2B PET recycling division. You will own the health of plant and machinery, leading a team of technicians to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive electrical maintenance schedule and ensure safe execution.
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues on Boretech Washline and Starlinger Recostar machines to minimise downtime.
• Lead a team of electrical technicians, assign tasks, and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and monitor plant performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations through regular inspections and audits.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 8‑12 years of experience in PET recycling, with hands‑on knowledge of Boretech Washline and Starlinger Recostar equipment.
• Proven ability to manage preventive maintenance programmes and control costs.
