Electrical & Reliability Technician (Tema & Takoradi)

About the role
The successful candidate will be based in Tema or Takoradi, supporting the plant’s electrical systems. This role focuses on maintaining reliability and performance of electrical equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical machines.
- Monitor and take corrective action on running electrical machines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults promptly.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure optimal plant operation.
- Close work orders after job completion.
- Comply with all environmental, health and safety regulations.
- Ensure safety equipment for electrical staff is available, in good condition and used properly.
- Apply sanctions where necessary and undertake any other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Required profile
- HND certificate with at least 2 years’ experience, or EETIII with at least 5 years’ experience.
- Team player with strong communication skills in English and a result‑oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work on site in Tema or Takoradi.
Required skills
- Preventive maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Electrical fault troubleshooting.
