Electromechanical Technician

About the role

Join Flowitec Group Ghana Limited as an Electromechanical Technician responsible for assembling, installing, diagnosing and maintaining pump systems, valves, electric motors and control panels. You will ensure equipment reliability through routine inspections, preventive maintenance and corrective repairs while providing technical support to clients on site.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, install and commission pump systems, valves, electric motors and control panels.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance and corrective repairs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, conduct performance testing and calibration.
• Carry out site visits, audits and provide technical guidance to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports.

Required profile

• HND, Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience in electromechanical maintenance and servicing.
• Proven experience with centrifugal, submersible and multistage pumps, electric motors and related components.
• Ability to read and interpret basic electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Willingness to travel to customer and project sites.
• Valid driver’s licence (preferred).
