Elementary School Teacher – Full-time

About the role

The Kindergarten Krew is seeking a dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join its Accra campus. This full-time, on-site position involves planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons, assessing student progress, and fostering a supportive classroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver daily lessons aligned with curricula and learning standards.
• Manage classroom dynamics, implement effective behavior management strategies, and ensure student safety.
• Assess and record student performance, providing individualized support where needed.
• Communicate regularly with families and collaborate with fellow educators.
• Participate in staff meetings, school events, and ongoing professional development.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma or degree in Education or a related field, with training in elementary or early childhood education.
• Experience working with children in a school setting, preferably at the elementary level.
• Ability to create inclusive, culturally responsive learning environments.
• Strong organizational and classroom-management abilities.
• Residence in Accra and proximity to West Hills Mall, Bortianor Hills, Tuba or Kasoa.
