About the role

The Kindergarten Krew is seeking a dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join its vibrant campus in Accra. This full‑time, on‑site position involves planning and delivering age‑appropriate lessons while fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prepare, and deliver daily lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
• Assess student progress, provide individualized support, and maintain accurate records.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies and ensure student safety.
• Communicate regularly with families and collaborate with colleagues during staff meetings and school events.
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of teaching practices.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma or degree in Education or a related field with training in elementary or early childhood education.
• Experience working with children in a school setting, preferably at the elementary level.
• Ability to create inclusive, culturally responsive learning environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to student well‑being.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and teamwork.
