Enrollment Advisor (National Service Scheme)

About the role

The Enrollment Advisor (NSS role) is a full‑time, on‑site position in Accra supporting prospective students and families throughout the enrollment journey. You will act as the primary point of contact, providing clear information about programs, mentorship, scholarships, and educational tours.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person, explaining program offerings and timelines.
• Conduct information sessions and follow up with leads to guide applicants through the application process.
• Maintain accurate records in enrollment or CRM systems and coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
• Assist students in matching with appropriate mentorship, scholarship, and tour programs.
• Contribute to outreach activities and gather feedback to improve services.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Customer‑service or advising experience, preferably in education, mentorship, or nonprofit settings.
• Organizational ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and accurate data entry.
• Team‑player who can collaborate effectively in an on‑site environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification preferred; recent graduates and National Service personnel are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Comfort using online communication tools and basic enrollment or CRM systems.
