Enterprise Account Manager

About the role

CloudPlexo is seeking a proactive Enterprise Account Manager to drive new business across a portfolio of strategic accounts. This pure‑hunting role focuses on full‑cycle sales, from initial outreach to signed contract, targeting high‑value enterprises that have not yet partnered with CloudPlexo.

Key responsibilities

• Own a defined territory of 10–25 strategic accounts and develop detailed account plans, including org maps and buying‑center hypotheses.
• Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, executive outreach, referrals, industry events, and partner networks.
• Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder deals, engaging practitioners to C‑suite executives and coordinating internal resources such as solutions engineering, product, and professional services.
• Negotiate commercial terms that protect margin and foster long‑term customer relationships.
• Qualify opportunities using MEDDPICC/MEDDIC frameworks and maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM with forecast accuracy within ±10%.
• Deliver structured account reviews and provide competitive and market intelligence to product and marketing teams.

Required profile

• 7+ years of quota‑carrying B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years selling enterprise‑technology solutions.
• Demonstrated success in hunting new logos and managing long‑horizon, high‑stakes sales cycles.
• Strong ability to build and execute territory strategies and maintain 3–4× pipeline coverage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zoho CRM for pipeline management and forecasting.
