Enterprise Bid & Contract Support Coordinator

About the role

The Coordinator, Enterprise Bid and Contract Support will manage the end‑to‑end response to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs and unsolicited proposals for MTN Business, ensuring bids are technically compliant, commercially sound and submitted on time. The role also oversees the full contract lifecycle, from drafting through approval, execution, tracking and renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, log and qualify all incoming enterprise‑level RFPs, RFQs, RFIs and unsolicited proposals.
• Develop and own bid plans, coordinating virtual bid teams across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Legal, Finance, Commercial, Procurement and Technical functions.
• Consolidate technical, commercial and legal inputs into a single compliant response document and perform quality‑assurance checks including proofreading, version control and pricing accuracy.
• Validate mandatory submission requirements such as company registration, tax clearance, SSNIT certification, audited financials, NCA licences and references.
• Use MTN’s contract management platform to track contract status, generate alerts for upcoming expiries and coordinate renewal or termination decisions with account teams.
• Support renewal negotiations, ensuring pricing and commercial terms align with business intent.

• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced telecom environment.
