About the role
The deVere Group is seeking entry‑level Business Development Associates to support its international financial services division. In this role you will work with high‑net‑worth clients and collaborate with senior consultants, gaining hands‑on experience in wealth management and investment banking. The programme includes mentoring from senior colleagues, formal industry qualifications and leadership training.
Required profile
- Previous experience in financial sales.
- Minimum CISI Level 2 qualification or equivalent Ghana Stock Exchange exam.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external customers.
- Strong communication and listening skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to present information clearly and professionally on a regular basis.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team, maintaining composure under pressure.
- Good computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Comfortable handling high‑net‑worth client interactions.
