Event & House/Estate Manager

About the role

The Event & House/Estate Manager will oversee the Chairman’s Residence and Arabella Estate in Accra, ensuring top‑level hospitality, maintenance, and event execution. The role combines estate administration with corporate and private event management, reporting directly to the Chairman’s Office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, upkeep, and staff of the Chairman’s Residence, including housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, gardening, and drivers.
• Plan, coordinate and execute corporate and private events at the residence or estate, handling budgeting, vendor liaison and guest experience.
• Oversee all estate facilities, landscaping, security, and contractor performance, ensuring safety and aesthetic standards.
• Prepare and monitor operational budgets, maintain documentation of expenditures, vendor contracts and inventory.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Event Management or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in luxury residence or estate management, high‑end hospitality and event coordination.
• Proven experience working in Ghana or West Africa is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong organizational, leadership and vendor‑management abilities.
• Financial discipline with experience managing operational budgets and cost optimisation.
• High attention to detail, discretion and ability to handle confidential matters.
