About the role
AutoShack Ghana is seeking an experienced auto mechanic to join its workshop team in Accra. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of vehicles, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform mechanical repairs on engines, transmissions and other vehicle systems.
- Diagnose faults using hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Interpret automotive repair manuals and blueprints to guide repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Document work performed and parts used.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an auto mechanic with a focus on mechanical repairs.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems such as engines and transmissions.
- Ability to think critically and solve technical problems.
- Basic computer literacy for logging work and accessing manuals.
