Export Customer Service Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an Export Customer Service Supervisor to lead our export‑focused customer service team serving European and US markets. The role bridges international customers, Chinese agents and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, documentation and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all export customer service operations for the assigned European and US markets.
• Act as the primary liaison between international customers and Chinese agents, ensuring clear communication and timely service delivery.
• Coordinate export documentation, compliance and logistics to guarantee accurate and on‑time order fulfillment.
• Monitor shipments, proactively resolve delays or issues, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare and analyse export sales reports to support business decisions and process improvements.
• Assist the Market Manager in implementing customer‑service strategies aligned with export goals.
• Train, mentor and supervise junior customer service staff to maintain consistent service excellence.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in export customer service, logistics or international trade.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms and international shipping regulations.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to coach and inspire a team.
