Factory Line Manager Assistant (Chinese Translator)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Factory Line Manager Assistant to support daily operations at our tile production facility in Takoradi. The role combines production coordination with Chinese‑English translation to ensure smooth communication across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Factory Line Manager in supervising production line staff.
• Coordinate daily production activities to meet operational targets.
• Translate and interpret between Chinese and English to facilitate effective communication with suppliers and partners.
• Prepare and maintain production documents, records, and reports.
• Support the implementation of quality, safety, and production standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Factory Line Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum Senior High School education.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use office tools.

Required skills
