Field Sales Agent

About the role

Enlace Education Services is looking for a motivated Field Sales Agent to promote its education programmes across Accra. You will work on‑site, meeting schools, families and community groups to showcase mentorship programmes, educational tours and scholarship support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new client organisations such as schools and community centres.
• Conduct field visits, presentations and demos of Enlace’s education services.
• Explain service offerings clearly and guide interested parties through enrollment or registration processes.
• Track leads, maintain accurate outreach records and generate regular sales performance reports.
• Build and nurture relationships with school administrators, parents and partner organisations.
• Collect field feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Strong sales and customer‑relationship abilities, including prospecting, negotiation and closing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Good organisational and time‑management capabilities to plan visits and manage multiple leads.
• Interest or knowledge in education services and community outreach.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets and adapt to changing priorities.
• Minimum high school diploma; post‑secondary qualification in Marketing or related field is an advantage.
• Previous field‑sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial marketing.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic digital tools such as spreadsheets.
• Experience using a CRM or lead‑tracking system.
