Field Sales and Training Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales and Training Manager to lead our regional distribution and partner onboarding across Ghana. You will combine sales expertise with hands‑on training to expand our eye‑care solutions in clinics, NGOs and distributor networks.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch and close sales with regional distributors, clinics and NGOs, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Build and nurture long‑lasting relationships with key distribution partners.
• Monitor inventory levels at partner locations and coordinate timely re‑ordering.
• Travel extensively across Ghana to deliver on‑site training on vision testing methodology, product assembly and dispensing.
• Provide continuous refresher training and up‑skilling for existing partners.
• Distribute marketing materials, support partners with operational issues and gather market intelligence.
• Ensure brand consistency and visibility at all partner sites.

Required profile

• 5+ years of field sales, trade marketing or field‑training experience, preferably in FMCG, medical devices, pharmaceuticals or social enterprises.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time and a valid driver’s license.
• Exceptional presentation and training abilities, able to simplify technical concepts.
• Fluent English; proficiency in local languages (Twi, Ga, Hausa) is a strong plus.
• Highly self‑motivated, organized and capable of managing territory with minimal supervision.
