Field Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for two energetic and high‑integrity Field Sales Executives to promote our products across fuel marts, mini‑marts and supermarkets in the Greater Accra area. The role involves direct prospecting, relationship building and order acquisition in assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, visit and sell products directly to fuel marts, mini‑marts and retail stores within the designated zones.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store owners to close deals and secure repeat orders.
• Log daily sales activities and client visits using an Android smartphone.
• Achieve daily and weekly field sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum education: SHS Certificate.
• Proven track record in field sales or retail acquisition.
• Reside in or near Madina, Adenta, Haatso, Ashaiman or Tema.
• High persuasion skills, trustworthiness and credibility.

Required skills

• Ownership of a functional Android smartphone.
• Comfortable using mobile applications for reporting and communication.

What we offer

• Full‑time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• On‑site work in the Madina, Adenta, Haatso, Ashaiman and Tema regions.
