Field Sales Executive

About the role

The Field Sales Executive will join YENIQUE PRIX ENTERPRISE’s dynamic team in Accra, driving sales for its virtual marketplace and fundraising cupcake line. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on building relationships with businesses, event venues and community organisations to expand the reach of women‑led enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and qualify potential clients across Accra and surrounding areas.
• Present product offerings, negotiate terms and close sales to meet monthly targets.
• Conduct regular field visits to businesses, events and community programs to promote services.
• Gather market feedback and collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, track leads using mobile tools and report activities accurately.
• Support promotional campaigns and outreach initiatives aligned with the company’s social impact mission.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales, client acquisition and relationship management, preferably in retail, FMCG or service sectors.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Interest in social impact, women’s economic empowerment and community development.
• Ability to work independently, manage routes and meet sales targets consistently.
• Basic understanding of marketing and outreach strategies.

• Proficiency with mobile and digital tools, including basic spreadsheets.
• Effective time‑management and organizational skills.
