Field Sales Lead

About the role

The Field Sales Lead will be based in Accra and will drive enrollment and participation in Enlace Education Services' mentorship programmes, educational tours and scholarship support. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on identifying prospective students, families and partner institutions, presenting the organisation’s offerings and guiding prospects through the enrollment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through outreach campaigns and community networking.
• Conduct presentations and information sessions for students, families and partner organisations.
• Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on inquiries and close enrollment opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations and programme teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports and analyse field feedback.
• Recommend strategies to expand reach and improve engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience in insurance sales or a comparable field‑sales role.
• Prior experience in education services, community outreach or related sectors is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to adapt messaging to diverse audiences.
• Customer‑service orientation focused on responsiveness, empathy and professional support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally within the Accra area.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with common office software.
• Experience using sales tools or CRM systems for record‑keeping and pipeline management.
