Field Sales Manager

About the role

The Field Sales Manager will be based on‑site in Accra, leading the sales team that promotes our client’s range of paints and building products. This full‑time position focuses on driving revenue growth through effective field sales strategies and strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute field sales strategies across the Accra and Tema region.
• Set, track and report on sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Lead, coach and supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and collective goals.
• Acquire new customers and retain existing accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in paints or building products.
• Ability to analyse data, monitor KPIs and translate insights into action.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Organised, problem‑solving mindset with capacity to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced use of spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with mobile applications for field operations.
