Field Sales Officer

About the role

The Field Sales Officer will work on‑site in Accra to promote Enlace Education Services’ mentorship programmes, educational tours and scholarship support. You will identify and engage schools, parents and community organisations, guiding them through the enrolment process and helping learners access valuable opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and approach prospective clients such as schools, parents and community groups.
• Conduct in‑person visits, presentations and information sessions to showcase programme offerings.
• Follow up leads, manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to enrolment and maintain accurate records.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, responding to inquiries and providing clear information on pricing and application procedures.
• Gather market feedback, support promotional events and prepare basic sales reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve enrollment targets and ensure a positive client experience.

Required profile

• Strong client‑relation and business‑relationship management abilities.
• Proven sales experience with prospecting, presenting, negotiating and closing deals.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively and keep accurate records.
• Familiarity with the education sector or youth‑focused programmes is an advantage.
• WASSCE or Diploma in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent sales experience.
• Willingness to travel within Accra and nearby areas.
